Our operating foundation
SeaBasket needed coordinated sourcing, packing, transport and store operations. Niyantha grew from that need; Bermer brings the technology and engineering team to more businesses.
Bermer is the parent company of Niyantha and SeaBasket. We work with fishermen, port agents, packers, transporters, stores and restaurants, building on their work rather than replacing them.

Ranjith, Deekshith and Akshay co-founded Bermer, Niyantha and SeaBasket. Together with our shared technology team, they connect product development with the realities of daily operations.
Leads technology and product direction. Engineering experience with Razorpay, Microsoft and the Google Silicon Team.
Son of a truck driver and Ranjith's brother. Leads operations across the Bermer group, including coastal sourcing, agent coordination, dispatch and buyer handovers.
Leads marketing, onboarding and partnerships. Previously headed SeaBasket's B2C business and took it to profitability.
Our shared technology team works across Bermer products, group operations and independent projects. Common engineering experience carries across the work; each business keeps its own context and identity.
